Upon completion, in 2024, Aqua City will have a total built area of 200,000 square meters, will consist of 6 buildings with a height of Ug + Gf + 7/10/11 floors and a total of almost 2,000 apartments.
The apartments are of three types - studio, 2 rooms, 3 rooms and duplexes of 2, 3 and 4 rooms. Their built areas start from 41.38 square meters built for studios and reach up to 140 square meters built for 4-room duplex apartments. Prices are between 52,000 and 220,000 Euro VAT included.
In the showroom there is a model of the complex and three apartments (2-room detached, 2-room semi-detached, 3-room detached), built to scale and fully furnished, available at any time for viewing.
